Konservierungsstoff dient zur Haltbarmachung von Obstsäften.
Den Saft nach dem Pressen vom Trub abziehen und pro Liter Saft 2ml Konservierungsstoff zusetzen. Empfehlenswert ist ferner die Zugabe von 10g Kaliumdisulfit OB22605 001 pro 100 Liter Saft.
Durch die Konservierung wird der Saft 4 Monate haltbar.
Dosierung: 250ml für 125 Liter Most
