Weinkalk wird zur Herabsetzung der Säure im noch nicht gärenden Traubenmost verwendet.

Anwendung: Zur Reduzierung der Gesamtsäure um 1g/l werden pro hl Wein 70g Weinkalk benötigt.
Erforderliche Menge (max. 210g/hl) mit wenig Wasser anteigen und dem Gesamtgebinde unter intensivem Rühren zugeben.
